Stephan De Four is a Former International Footballer with over 27 years of coaching experience in a wide range of roles. 

He is a graduate of Idaho State University and currently holds a USSF National B License as well as a FIFA Women Technical Certificate

• Albion Soccer Club Houston (Boys Director & Director of Coaching)
• Boise Capital Soccer Club (Girls& Boys Technical Director)
• Idaho Olympic Developmental Program (Assistant Girls Director& Boys Program Head Coach and Technical Coach)

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently Mr. De Four serves as the Haiti U17 and U20 Men’s National Team Assistant Coach & Technical Advisor.  

Previously he was the Haiti Women's u23, u20, u17 Head Coach & Program Coordinator and Stephan has also spent time with the Cayman Island Women's National Team as a head coach & women's program director and in addition he has been at the helm of the Trinidad & Tobago Women's National Team as A Head Coach & Women's Program Director. Stephan has designed developmental programs, conducted various Coach Education Clinics, and has led the Women's Team to World Cup and CONCACAF qualifiers.
